1. [INSUFFICIENT POWER SUPPLY]

Action: PS1 needs independent power supply, please try to use the power adapter (such as 5V 1A cell phone’s charging head) to power the PS classic.

2. [THERE IS A SHORT ON THE HUB]

Action: If you use the hub, you will need to test it without hub and monitor whether it works properly, and we would replace the hub for free if the hub failed.

3. [POOR CONTACT]

Action: Take the USB stick out, unplug the PS classic, put the USB back in then re-plug classic, it will work if not USB is faulty, also if it doesn’t work, unplug again take out USB and run classic normally to make sure its not a problem with classic.

4. [THE USB STICK IS DEFECTIVE IN TRANSIT]

Solution: If The USB stick arrives damaged, we would replace it for free or issue a full refund!
