I've owned several Chromebooks all the way down from an ACER 11 inch cheapy all the way up to an HP 13 intel Core m3 that I'm currently typing on. The Acer C810 with the Nvidia processor was the worst chromebook I've ever used. I could not even scroll through Craigslist without it stuttering.Very slow machine and not really a bargain.. I did like the aesthetics of it though. Returned it the next day.

Can not find fault with this chromebook. the battery life is awesome. The keyboard is responsive. Good screen. My only regret is that I replaced an 11 inch Chromebookwith this 13 inch one and now feel the 11 inch is the sweet spot for me. I carry it around a lot here at home. Desk to living room to kitchen to bedroom.I use a Nexus 9 away from the house. Wish it were a bit smaller. But really like this unit and would recommend it highly. Of course, the size is my issue. Am very pleased with the purchase.

The settings are a bit weird to adjust to, and you should probably fidget with the settings before you make your opinion on the Chrome OS itself, but the laptop works beautifully.
The loading is less than half a second and it's incredibly smooth to use.

The aesthetic is nice, sleek, professional, and the feel of it (as well as the keys) on your fingertips is soft and easy.
The screen display is nice and bright, very clear, though the optimal angle is with the screen leaning a bit far back (otherwise the screen and it's colours look a tad faded).

It automatically syncs your Google Account for a very user-friendly experience, but you are able to shut it off. Almost everything within the settings allows for your laptop to be completely customizable and fit to your personal preferences.

However, I would recommend buying a mouse to go with it. It only has the basic left click and to right click you need to hold down the Alt button.
I searched all through the settings and there is no way to change it as it is simply built that way.

Aside from that little hiccup, it definitely deserves AT LEAST four stars. I would love for 4.5, but amazon doesn't work that way.

It does not deserve five stars simply because the processor itself is not good for gaming (though it is not build to be a gaming lap top so I believe that is a given), the screen only has one perfectly optimal angle if you want everything to be nice and clear, and the touchpad button is only for left clicking with no adjustment settings.

Overall, fantastic laptop and worth the price. I bought mine refurbished and it looks/feels exactly like a new one.

Should be obvious but this isn't a full blown 'notebook'.However, what I was looking for was a machine to do basic e-mail, web browsing, and some basic work processing.I found several great apps to connect to my desktop.Screen size and brightness is just about perfect.Battery life is solid.I can go a week without charging it with general use at night.

The only item that could make this better is a backlight on the KB, but for the price point, I'm not going to knock down the rating over that.
