Step 1: Search “Smart Life” on Phone or Scan the QR code on User Manual to download it.
Step 2: Connect the bulb to your local 2.4G WIFI with your phone connecting to it.
Step 3: Set up your Smart Life account. Add Device>Lighting devices and confirm the device in the App.
Step 4: Power on the smart bulb then turn it off for more than 5 seconds;
Step 5: Use the manual switch to turn it on-off-on-off-on (keep time interval not too short, turn off after light is on);
Step 6: Confirm the light bulb is now rapidly flashing;
Step 7: Follow the in-app instructions to complete the installation;
Q: Why didn’t my light bulbs flash?
A: Be sure that you are using 2.4GHz WiFi, and use the manual switch to turn it on-off-on-off-on (on- off three times, and keep time interval not too short), then wait patiently for about 3-5 seconds, the bulbs will flash.
Q: My bulbs can flash, but still can’t connect to WiFi. Why?
A: Please get closer to your router. If your light bulbs are too far away from your router, they may not connect.
Q: What if my home network has both 5G and 2.4G Hz?
A: If so, your phone will always automatically connect to the 5 GHz network. So, you have to completely turn off your 5 GHz network by going to your router settings.
